Keeping Your Child Active From Toddler Years to Their Teens
Olympia Gymnastics & Cheer offers a full range of gymnastic classes that will help your child grow from learning toddler functions to participating in teen tumbling and more.
The coaches at our family-owned facility are USA Gymnastics certified and background checked.
Mommy & Me Classes Help Your Toddler Develop
Mommy & Me classes are targeted for children who are 18 months to 3 years old.
These classes develop your child's motor skills, social interaction, hand-eye coordination, and their ability to work with other children. Your child will learn important concepts such as taking turns, following directions, and listening.
The class requires one adult participant per enrolled child. As the participating parent, you will learn to become a facilitator of your child's sensory and motor movement discoveries.
Tiny Tots Learn the Basics of Gymnastic Exercise
Tiny Tots classes are designed for children who are 3 and 4 years old. Students will learn beginner gymnastic skills based on age-appropriate equipment.
They also will acquire additional, general life skills, such as learning to take turns, walk in line, share, and follow simple directions.
Recreational Gymnastics Classes Improve Fitness
Our gymnastic classes are meant for children who are 5 to 18 years old and are designed to build general fitness, strength, flexibility, and self-esteem, as well as promote confidence and self-discipline.
Your child will develop skills on a range of platforms.
Individual progress will depend on many factors, including age, natural strength and flexibility, practice habits, and self-determination.
Tumbling Classes Help Your Child Develop Motor Skills
Designed for students from ages 5 to 18, our tumbling classes will introduce them to basic tumbling skills.

They then will progress to standing back handsprings, round-off back handsprings, and other higher level skills.
